Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki has officially announced its rider line-up for the 2027 season. Mitch Payton’s successful American factory team will line up with Levi Kitchen, Seth Hammaker, Nate Thrasher and Nick Romano. Thrasher’s arrival is particularly noteworthy, while reigning SuperMotocross champion Kitchen will defend his title with Kawasaki.
With these four riders, Pro Circuit Kawasaki will once again target titles in the AMA Supercross Championship, the AMA Pro Motocross Championship and the 250cc SuperMotocross World Championship.
Levi Kitchen remains one of the team’s key assets. The American enjoyed a particularly strong 2026 season, finishing second in the AMA 250SX West Championship and third in the AMA Pro Motocross Championship.
Kitchen went on to claim his first major title during the SuperMotocross Playoffs. His victory secured Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s 32nd championship title in the team’s history.
In 2027, Kitchen will aim to defend his SMX title while once again challenging for championships in both supercross and outdoor motocross.
The most notable new addition is Nate Thrasher. The American from Tennessee has already claimed seven victories in the AMA 250 Supercross Championship.
His most recent victory came at round 14 of the 2026 season in Cleveland. By signing Thrasher, Pro Circuit Kawasaki adds an established race winner who is determined to fight for the title.
Seth Hammaker will also remain part of Mitch Payton’s line-up. The American is set to begin his seventh season with Pro Circuit Kawasaki.
In 2026, Hammaker won the Daytona Supercross and finished second in the AMA 250SX East Championship. He also claimed his first overall victory at the opening round of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship at Fox Raceway.
These results have demonstrated that Hammaker has the speed to challenge for the biggest prizes.
The fourth rider is Nick Romano. He joined Pro Circuit Kawasaki as a replacement rider during the 2026 supercross season and has now secured a permanent place in the line-up for 2027.
Romano showcased his potential at Thunder Valley last season. With fourth- and fifth-place finishes in the motos, he secured his first overall podium finish.
With a full season at Pro Circuit Kawasaki ahead of him, Romano will have the opportunity to build on his performances and continue his development.
