Dean Ferris crashed during qualifying for the Australian Motocross Championship in Maitland this morning and was taken to hospital. The doctors noticed that he had a concussion and suffered several fractures in his hand and wrist.
Due to these injuries, Ferris has no chance of prolonging his title in the 450 class!
