More race. More control. The new Beta RR Race MY2027 brings the Italian manufacturer’s international racing experience directly to the most demanding enduro riders.
Beta has unveiled its updated RR Race range for the 2027 model year. Developed using the experience gained through international enduro competition, the race-focused models combine high performance with maximum control and rideability.
The RR Race models represent the race-ready versions of Beta’s enduro range and receive a series of updates to the engines, electronics, chassis and components for MY2027. At the heart of the development remains Beta’s philosophy of delivering excellent rideability.
New electronics for the 4-stroke models
The RR Race 4-stroke models benefit from new electronic systems previously introduced on the X-Pro range. For MY2027, the models now feature Launch Control and Quick Shift (Up-shift).
Launch Control manages torque delivery at the start to maximise traction while reducing wheelspin and uncontrolled wheelies. Riders can choose between five different control levels depending on track and surface conditions.
Quick Shift allows riders to upshift without rolling off the throttle, enabling faster gear changes while maintaining power delivery.
The control panel has also been redesigned to accommodate the new Launch Control and Quick Shift functions, while retaining the proven two-level Traction Control system and two engine maps.
Engine updates
Beta has further developed several engine components across the range. The 430 and 480 4-stroke models receive optimised titanium intake valves, designed to improve durability and reliability under the extreme demands of racing.
The new camchain tensioner is derived from the RX 450F and uses a fully mechanical adjustment system with a newly calibrated spring. The update is designed to improve smoothness and operational consistency, with benefits during both cold and hot engine operation.
The 2-stroke models also receive specific updates. The RR Race 125 2T features an updated piston designed to improve the smoothness of overall power delivery.
The RR Race 250 and 300 2T models receive new main bearings, reducing internal engine friction while improving rotational smoothness, reliability and overall mechanical performance.
For the 300 2T, Beta has also revised the cylinder-head geometry and exhaust-valve timing. The changes are designed to deliver a more progressive and controllable response at low and mid-range rpm, while maintaining the performance and racing character that define the model.
New racing components across the range
In addition to the model-specific updates, the entire RR Race MY2027 range benefits from a series of common improvements.
A new reinforced chain guide provides improved resistance to mud, stones and impacts, helping maintain precise and reliable chain guidance in extreme conditions.
The new RR Race models also feature softer-compound grips designed to reduce rider fatigue during longer and more demanding sessions. The material helps absorb vibrations through the handlebars while maintaining a secure and comfortable grip.
The design has also been refreshed with a new headlight mask incorporating a latest-generation LED headlight. The new light provides a stronger beam while consuming less power, helping improve battery efficiency.
Finally, the front sprocket guard has been redesigned with greater coverage and increased strength, providing improved protection against impacts, debris and external elements while meeting demanding competition requirements.
With the RR Race MY2027 range, Beta continues to develop its competition-focused enduro models, combining new electronic technology with engine refinements and practical racing upgrades.
