Suzuki Motor USA, LLC and Pipes Motorsports Group (PMG) today announced that reigning AMA Supercross Champion Ken Roczen will return to the AWM Fulfillment PMG Suzuki presented by Progressive/Cycle Gear team for the 2027 race season.

Since joining the team in 2023, Roczen has been a key part of the program’s success. Aboard his Suzuki RM-Z450, Roczen has achieved multiple race wins, podium finishes, and most notably the 2026 AMA Supercross Championship. 2027 will mark Roczen’s fifth consecutive season with the team. Ken also won the 2016 AMA Motocross Championship with Suzuki.

The extension continues the highly successful collaboration between Roczen, Suzuki, and PMG as the team prepares for the 2027 SuperMotocross World Championship season.

“Ken has been an integral part of our racing efforts, and we’re pleased to continue this relationship,” said Chris Wheeler, Motorsports Manager at Suzuki Motor USA, LLC. “Ken’s elite-level performance, professionalism, and dedication have driven the success we’ve achieved together. We look forward to building on that momentum and continuing to demonstrate the undeniable capabilities of Suzuki motocross bikes at the highest level of competition.”

“Very excited to have Ken back on the team,” added Dustin Pipes, Team Principal, Pipes Motorsports Group. “This has been a great partnership with growth since the inception. Coming off the high of our Supercross Championship this past season, we were eager to extend the partnership and keep him in Suzuki yellow for the foreseeable future. Ken is a huge asset to the team not only as an athlete, but the example he sets as a consummate family man and the work he puts toward his craft are heights we all strive for.”

Team Manager Larry Brooks, who has been instrumental in Ken’s success on the Suzuki also weighed in. “We’re excited to have Ken back for 2027 and beyond,” said Brooks, “Winning the Supercross Championship was a tremendous accomplishment, and we’re looking forward to defending that title together. Ken’s experience, preparation, and competitiveness set him apart. He embraces every challenge and continues to push both himself and our team to improve.”

Roczen will return to SuperMotocross World Championship competition in 2027, with the season opening January 9 at Angel Stadium in Anaheim, California.
