Several Replacement Riders to Line Up for WSX Season Opener in Canada

Several replacement riders will line up for the opening round of the FIM World Supercross Championship (WSX) in Canada. Due to injuries and scheduling conflicts with other racing commitments, a number of teams have adjusted their rider line-ups for the season opener.

At Quad Lock Honda, Dean Wilson will replace Joey Savatgy. MotoConcepts Racing has drafted in Mike Alessi to stand in for Enzo Lopes, while Luke Neese will race for 595 Racing as the replacement for Hector Assunção. Bud Racing will field Jack Chambers in place of Jake Cannon.

These changes apply only to the Canadian round. For the remainder of the championship, the regular riders are expected to return, with the possibility of additional wildcard entries throughout the season.
