Jeffrey Herlings crashed in the start of the first moto of the Dutch Masters of Motocross in Markelo but still managed to finish third. Herlings kept the damage to a minimum, but after the finish he was given five penalty places by the KNMV because his engine produced too much noise.
This means that Herlings and Febvre will start the second moto with equal points. It’s going to be exciting in Markelo.
