One round left. One season’s worth of drama still to settle – tune in for FREE!

Seven rounds down, one to go. Tomorrow, the Motul ACU British Motocross Championship writes its final chapter of 2026 as the paddock descends on Blaxhall’s famous sandy circuit, and while two crowns have already found their owners, there’s still two title fights and several podium position battles sharp enough to keep everyone guessing right up until the chequered flag.

Drew Stock and JK Racing have already banked the title on 323 points, but nobody’s told second place the season’s over in the RFX MX125 class. Joel Winstanley-Dawson clings to it by just four points from Harley Marczak,226 to 222, close enough to flip in a single moto. Archie Stapley (198), Hayden Statt (188) and Lucas Moncrief (185) round out a top six separated by less than 40 points from top to bottom, making the fight for runner-up honours one to watch all day long.

Much the same applies over in the MX2 class. Charlie Heyman got his hands on the MX2 championship with a round in hand, and the SC Sportshomes Husqvarna rider arrives at Blaxhall on top with 298 points to his name. That doesn’t mean the class is short on drama, though. Gyan Doensen has shadowed him all year and comes into the finale as the man in second on 243, determined to lock down the runner-up spot for the Gabriel SS24 KTM squad. Further down, it’s a genuine scrap: Ben Mustoe’s 205 points give him third by the narrowest of margins over Tommy Searle’s 200, and Joe Brookes and Billy Askew arrive dead level on 185 for fifth. Throw in confirmed entries from race-winners Cas Valk and Elliott Banks-Browne, and this is a class that could see plenty of shuffling before the day is done.

There’s also unfinished business in the JMR U21 standings. Heyman holds that lead as well, on 303, with Doensen 42 points adrift in second on 261. It’s not mathematically dead, a maximum haul at Blaxhall would keep it interesting, but Doensen needs everything to go his way to have a say in how this one finishes.

Save the biggest story for last, though: Apico MX1 remains genuinely up for grabs. Conrad Mewse takes a 26-point cushion into the final round, sat on 315 to Oriol Oliver’s 289, with Ben Watson lurking just 13 points further back on 276. All three can still walk away champion. Behind them, Taylor Hammal (209), Tristan Purdon (199) and Tom Grimshaw (168) complete a top six that’s been box-office all season, and there’s a late twist, with former MXGP race winner Evgeny Bobryshev also confirmed on the entry list to add to an already stacked field.

Two titles settled, two going down to the wire, and a top six in every class worth watching from the gate drop to chequered flag, Blaxhall has all the makings of the perfect conclusion to the 2026 season.
