Guillem Farres made good progress in his hunt for the world title, the Spaniard won the second race and saw the number 2 in the standings, Sacha Coenen, drop out again. Behind the Spaniard, Liam Everts finished second and Simon Langenfelder third. Camden McLellan came in fourth and Kay Karssemakers was a very strong fifth.
The podium in Afyon consisted of winner Guillem Farres, Simon Langenfelder, and Liam Everts. Camden McLellan was fourth and Kay Karssemakers fifth.
