The Swiss federation has announced the first rider for the Motocross of Nations in Ernée via Instagram. Valentin Guillod will represent Switzerland in the MXGP class.
According to the federation, Guillod will play an important role within the team. His experience at the highest level, previous strong performances and outright speed make him a key rider in the Swiss line-up, according to the federation.
The other two names for Team Switzerland will be announced at a later date. With Guillod confirmed, the team already has an experienced and proven rider secured for the MXGP class.
