Crossmagazin has released the first episode of the new series One Team. One Dream. The opening episode follows Roan van de Moosdijk during his first appearance in the AMA Pro Motocross Championship at the legendary RedBud circuit.
For Van de Moosdijk, this marked the realization of a major dream. With just six days of preparation, the KTM Kosak Racing Team had to pull out all the stops. The bike was completely built from the ground up, while a motorhome was transformed into a temporary base for the American adventure.
The weekend also brought its share of sporting setbacks. Just before race day, a severe storm swept across the circuit, and in the first moto, Van de Moosdijk was forced to retire early due to a technical issue. In the second moto, however, he fought his way strongly forward from last place.
The episode is about more than just the racing. It also takes an in-depth look at the person behind the rider, as well as everything that was needed to make his first AMA Pro Motocross start possible.
