Ryan Villopoto is returning to his roots. The four-time AMA Supercross Championship 450 champion and five-time AMA Pro Motocross Championship champion is making his return to Kawasaki.
During his professional career, which has since been inducted into the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame, Villopoto rode exclusively for Kawasaki. In that period he captured 10 major professional titles and 83 race wins before retiring from racing in 2015.
After his active career, he signed with Yamaha Motor Company in 2018 as a brand ambassador for the BLU CRU program, representing the brand and participating in various events and races.
Yamaha thanked Villopoto today via social media:
