Cooper Webb and Tom Vialle secured important victories during the fifteenth round of the AMA Supercross Championship in Pittsburgh.
Webb grabbed the holeshot in the 450 class final but was immediately challenged by Chase Sexton. Webb kept his cool all the way to the checkered flag and took the win. Sexton finished second ahead of Justin Cooper.
In the title fight, Webb now holds a 12-point lead over Sexton!
In the Lites class, Tom Vialle claimed his first victory of the season. Nate Thrasher finished second, ahead of Max Vohland, who earned the first podium of his career. With RJ Hampshire and Seth Hammaker finishing fourth and fifth respectively, Vialle has regained the lead in the standings. With just one race to go, the battle is tight, as Vialle leads by just 1 point over Hammaker and 3 points over Hampshire!
