Guillem Farrés also claimed victory in the second MX2 race in France. Jānis Martins Reišulis led for a long time but lost several positions in the closing stages and eventually finished fifth.
Behind Farrés, his teammate Camden McLellan finished second ahead of Mathis Valin, Liam Everts and Jānis Martins Reišulis. Gyan Doensen once again finished 15th, while Kay Karssemakers and Scott Smulders did not start the race. For the Belgian riders, Lucas Coenen finished sixth, while Douwe van Mechgelen once again narrowly missed out on points with a 21st-place finish.
The overall victory went to Guillem Farrés with a perfect 1-1 score, ahead of Camden McLellan (3-2) and Mathis Valin (2-3).
In the World Championship standings, Simon Längenfelder remains the leader with 281 points, ahead of Sacha Coenen on 273 and Guillem Farrés with 261 points.
