Michi Walkner wins Hell’s Ride Qualifying!

On a fast yet technically demanding course, Michi Walkner took victory in the qualifying.

In an incredibly close finish, Walkner secured the top spot after two timed runs, beating Dieter Rudolf by just 0.1 seconds and finishing 9.9 seconds ahead of third-place finisher Leon Hentschel. This gives him first choice of starting position for tomorrow’s main race, Final A, starting at 15:00 CET.

Hell’s Ride organizer Thomas Pirolt said: “It’s incredible how hard all the riders fought for their starting positions. The top favorites are in the lead, and I expect a similarly close race tomorrow—it’s sure to be extremely exciting!”
