The American Mike Healey has passed away this week. Healey raced in the world championship for many years in the 80s and 90s.
He won Grand Prix’s in the 125cc and 250cc class and finished third in the final standings of the 125cc World Championship and second in the 250 class.
After his career as a motocross racer, he got a difficult period in his life. Fortunately, this has improved in recent years. We have learned that he had a heart attack that eventually caused him his life.
