Cameron McAdoo and Levi Kitchen of the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki team came into the AMA Supercross in Nashville as leaders, but they had a night to forget. McAdoo fell during training and injured himself. Still, he made it to the final and wanted to try to limit the damage. However, in the first rhythm section after the start he collided with his teammate Levi Kitchen and crashed together. Kitchen also injured himself and it took a long time before he could continue. Due to the fall, McAdoo hurt himself again and retired from the race. Kitchen came back to fourteenth place and scored at least some more points.
The win went to RJ Hampshire ahead of Jo Shimoda and Tom Vialle. With this, Hampshire has now taken the lead in the West Coast Lites Supercross Championship and Vialle is the new leader in the East Coast!
