Jorge Prado has won the second moto of the MXGP of Trentino and this was enough to take the overall Grand Prix win. Prado won the race in front of Calvin Vlaanderen and Jeremy Seewer. Tim Gajser and Romain Febvre were rounding out the top five. Febvre was riding in second when he crashed. This cost him the GP win!
Jeffrey Herlings took a top five start but crashed in the opening lap while he was riding in the top five. Herlings came back strong to finish in seventh place.
