Lotte van Drunen will travel to the United States next week to compete in the final round of the SuperMotocross season. The Dutch rider has confirmed her participation after concluding the Women’s Motocross World Championship with a second-place finish at the final Grand Prix and third place in the final WMX championship standings.
For Van Drunen, her American adventure provides an exciting continuation of her international season. Following the final WMX round, she will immediately turn her attention to the United States, where she will line up behind the gate once again at the SMX Final.
Van Drunen finished third in the WMX World Championship. After everything she has experienced this year, she said that finishing third had become the goal. At the final round, she also finished second overall.
Lotte van Drunen: “That’s the 2026 WMX season done. After everything that has happened, finishing third in the championship had become the goal, and we achieved it. I finished second overall this weekend. It wasn’t my best riding and my starts weren’t great either, but I gave everything I had at this moment.”
