Glenn Coldenhoff continued his excellent form during the sixth round of the Brazilian Motocross Championship in Goiânia. The Dutch rider was dominant throughout the entire weekend, winning all three MX1 motos.
In the final MX1 race, Fábio Santos and Vitor Borba took the lead after the start, while championship leader Enzo Lopes crashed early on. Santos led the field for a long period, followed by Paulo Alberto and Coldenhoff. Jeremy van Horebeek was also running with the front group, while Lopes was mounting an impressive comeback through the pack.
In the closing stages, the race took a surprising turn. Van Horebeek crashed while running in third place but still managed to finish fourth. Not long afterwards, race leader Santos also went down, opening the door for Coldenhoff to take over the lead.
The Yamaha rider made no mistakes and cruised to his third victory of the weekend. Paulo Alberto finished second, while Enzo Lopes fought his way back from his early crash to secure third place.
