Jeffrey Herlings has reached a remarkable milestone outside of motorsport. The five-time world champion announced that he has become the owner of his 92nd newly built home, further expanding his impressive real estate portfolio. All of Herlings’ properties are part of the private rental sector.
The Honda factory rider, known worldwide for his success in motocross, emphasized that his passion extends beyond racing. Alongside his career on the track, Herlings has developed a strong interest in real estate over the years.
According to the Dutchman from Brabant, motorsport laid the foundation for his investments outside the sport.
“Normally, I post almost exclusively about motocross, but besides my love for motorsport—which has given me so much and has also been the foundation of my real estate portfolio—I have a tremendous passion and interest in property investment.”
With the purchase of his 92nd newly built home, Herlings has once again reached an impressive milestone. All of the properties are rented out and fall within the private rental market.
“Today, I proudly became the owner of my 92nd newly built home. All of these properties are intended for rental, so that people have a roof over their heads and can live in beautiful homes. All 92 homes are large enough to qualify for the private rental sector.”
Herlings also emphasized how proud he is of the way the portfolio has been built.
“Every property has been paid for with great pride and entirely through my own financial resources, without having to borrow a single euro.”
Finally, the current number two in the MXGP World Championship expressed his appreciation to his partners at HVG Real Estate.
“Thank you, Har and Bart. Without you, this would never have been possible. I am proud to be your partner.”
