Kay de Wolf set the fastest time in the MXGP class at Lacapelle-Marival. He was 0.096 seconds quicker than second-placed Tim Gajser.
The third fastest time went to Lucas Coenen, while Jeffrey Herlings recorded the fourth fastest lap. Maxime Renaux completed the top five, while the second Dutch rider, Calvin Vlaanderen, finished tenth.
For the Belgian riders, Jago Geerts set the fifteenth fastest time and Brent Van doninck finished twentieth.
