Arco was special this year. For the first time, Valentino Rossi’s factory M1 race bike stood under the awning next to Tim’s factory YZ450FM, which was decked out in the #valeyellow46 colours as a tribute to one of Yamaha’s greatest champions, Valentino.
Despite broken ribs following his heavy crash at the MXGP of Sardinia less than a week ago, Tim pushed through to claim his first race win in blue and finish second overall in the Grand Prix.
