Francisco Garcia won the first EMX250 moto. The Spaniard took over the lead from Dean Gregoire in the second lap and then pulled away from the competition.
Jake Cannon finished second behind his teammate. On the very last lap, he set the fastest race lap and managed to take over second place from Andrea Monni, who finished third.
Dean Gregoire was able to fight at the front in the early stages but eventually had to settle for eighth place. Dani Heitink moved up from fifteenth to eleventh, while Gyan Doensen had to settle for thirteenth after a poor start. Roan Tolsma finished 31st in the first moto. The Belgian honors were carried by Douwe van Mechgelen, who finished 27th.
