The fastest time in EMX250 Group 1 was set by Francisco Garcia; the Spaniard was almost two seconds quicker than Simone Mancini and Bernardo Tiburcio.
Dani Heitink recorded the eleventh-fastest time, which was more than enough to qualify. The Belgians Maxime Lucas and Emile de Baere fell short with 24th and 25th fastest times.
