Sacha Coenen won the first moto in Riola Sardo in commanding fashion. The Belgian grabbed the holeshot, as he so often does, and never relinquished the lead. It marked Coenen’s first moto win of the season.
Behind the Belgian, Simon Längenfelder finished in second, while Liam Everts crossed the line in third place. Janis Reisulis came home fourth, followed by Czech rider Julius Mikula.
Kay Karssemakers was the best-performing Dutch rider in the Italian sand, finishing eighth. Cas Valk took ninth place, Scott Smulders finished twelfth, and Lotte van Drunen came home in eighteenth.
