Lucas Coenen dominates second moto in Switzerland

Lucas Coenen won the second MXGP moto in Switzerland with a commanding lead. Behind the Belgian, Tim Gajser finished second and Jeffrey Herlings came home in third. Kay de Wolf was fourth, followed by Romain Febvre in fifth.

The overall victory went to Tom Vialle (1-6), marking the Frenchman’s first win in the MXGP class. Maxime Renaux finished second overall, while Gajser secured his first podium with Yamaha. Thanks to his dominant win in the second moto, Lucas Coenen regains the lead in the World Championship standings.

Calvin Vlaanderen finished eighth in the second moto, Roan van de Moosdijk placed fourteenth, and Rick Elzinga was classified 31st after retiring early from the race.
