Kay de Wolf will not line up on Sunday at the Dutch MX Season Opener in Lierop. De Wolf crashed last Sunday during the international race in Sommières, France, and has not yet fully recovered from the fall.
De Wolf has won the race in Lierop three times before, but fans will have to wait until next year to see him back in action at the legendary Lierop circuit.
Despite De Wolf’s withdrawal, there is still an exceptionally strong lineup in Lierop, including Jeffrey Herlings on the HRC Honda, Romain Febvre, Pauls Jonass, Glenn Coldenhoff, Calvin Vlaanderen, Andrea Bonacorsi, Jago Geerts, Brent van Doninck, Oriol Oliver, and others.
