Jeffrey Herlings claimed victory in the second moto of the Turkish Grand Prix. After Isak Gifting took the holeshot, it was Romain Febvre who led the early stages before Herlings moved into the lead halfway through the race and controlled it to the finish. Behind him, Febvre managed to keep Lucas Coenen at bay, while Tim Gajser finished fourth and Ruben Fernandez rounded out the top five.
Calvin Vlaanderen once again proved to be the best Dutch rider in seventh, with Glenn Coldenhoff also inside the top 10 in ninth. Brian Bogers endured a tough weekend, crossing the line 17th in the second moto.
With the victory, Herlings secured the 111th Grand Prix win of his career. On the overall podium, Herlings stood on the top step, joined by Lucas Coenen in second and Romain Febvre in third.
In the World Championship standings, Romain Febvre remains in the lead with 885 points, Lucas Coenen sits second on 859, and Glenn Coldenhoff holds third with 638 points.
