The HardEnduro Championship made its way to the Erzbergrodeo, one of the most important events of the year, four days of competition and 1,500 riders at the start.
Alfredo Gómez was able to finish in the top 50 on Saturday, so he was able to start on the front row on the race day. On Sunday, after 3 hours and 30 minutes of racing, he finished 10th, despite the fact that his injured hand had not allowed him to train in the best possible way in the last few months.
‘’The 10th position was not the result I wanted, but I am still happy to have completed one of the most demanding races in the world, with a very good feeling on Beta.”
Also of note were the good results of Davide Paganoni P20, Felix Bähker P23, Ruben Chadwick P25, Camilo Herrera P28, Hugo Crozet P29, Thomas Scales P34, Milan Schmüser P35, Peru Irazola Arbulu P36, Kornel Ott P44. And female rider Sandra Gómez, who finished first among women and 70th overall.
Next appointment for Alfredo Gómez on June 12th-14th for the Silver Kings stage, USA.
