Kash van Hamond of the Future MX Team won both MX Nationals 85 motos in Heerde on Sunday. Van Hamond put together two very strong races, winning both motos with a comfortable lead.
During practice, the track was still completely flat. This resulted in high speeds, but Kash really enjoyed riding the track and managed to secure pole position.
A good start in the first moto gave him a clear track ahead of him. Kash found a good rhythm and continued to extend his lead throughout the race. After riding a controlled race, Van Hamond crossed the finish line as the winner with a 13-second advantage.

In the second moto, the circuit had become much more demanding. Once again, Kash got a very good start and began the race in the lead. He maintained a high pace around the track and really enjoyed the impressive jumps. This time, his advantage over the rider in second place was more than half a minute, allowing him to finish the moto in convincing fashion.
With two moto victories, Kash van Hamond won the overall classification in Heerde!
