Yamaha Looks Back on Grueling MXGP of Flanders in New Episode

Yamaha has released a new episode of its YouTube series, this time focusing on the grueling MXGP of Flanders at the deep sand circuit of Lommel.

The video follows several riders, including Tim Gajser, who once again turned a difficult weekend into a strong result. Thanks to his mental resilience and trademark Never Give Up mentality, the Slovenian secured third overall on the day.

The episode also shines a spotlight on Isak Gifting. The Swede made his long-awaited return from injury at Lommel. Despite having very little time to prepare for one of the toughest circuits in the world, he took on the demanding physical challenge.

In the MX2 class, brothers Karlis and Janis Reisulis enjoyed a strong weekend. Both riders finished inside the top five, missing out on the podium by just a few points. Reigning WMX World Champion Lotte van Drunen also lined up in the MX2 class, making her the only female rider on the starting gate.

The latest episode offers an extensive behind-the-scenes look at the event, highlighting the physical and mental strength required to successfully complete a Grand Prix at Lommel.
