Tyres, mousse, selected parts, free tyre fitting and technical setup advice directly at the X-GRIP Racing Truck
Sibiu, July 2026. From 28 July to 1 August 2026, the Red Bull Romaniacs will once again turn the region around Sibiu into the centre of the international Hard Enduro scene. At the 23rd edition, X-GRIP will be present not only on the sporting side, but also as Official Tyre Partner with an extensive tyre service directly in the paddock.
The X-GRIP Racing Truck will be located in the Sibiu Aria Competitor paddock from 25 July. Riders will find tyres, mousse and selected parts on site, can collect previously ordered products and receive technical advice on choosing the right tyre and mousse setup.
TYRE SERVICE AND ON-SITE SALES
Pre-ordering is not required. X-GRIP is bringing a broad selection and plenty of stock to Sibiu. Tyres, mousse and selected parts can be purchased directly on site while stocks last.
Last-minute pre-orders are still possible depending on availability and logistics, as some of the material is already on its way to Romania. Anyone who has reserved a specific setup can collect their order from the X-GRIP Racing Truck from 25 July.
Tyre fitting is free for Red Bull Romaniacs riders purchasing X-GRIP tyres. The experienced X-GRIP team will also be available to advise riders on tyre choice, mousse and the right setup for their respective class.

X-GRIP SETUP GUIDE FOR HARD ENDURO AND HARD ADVENTURE
The requirements of the Red Bull Romaniacs vary considerably depending on class, motorcycle and riding style. For the event, X-GRIP recommends two basic tyre and mousse combinations.
HARD ENDURO SETUP
Front:

The Hard Enduro setup is designed for maximum traction and control in steep, slow and technically demanding terrain.
HARD ADVENTURE SETUP
Front:
X-GRIP HULKYBOY HARD 90/100-21 with EV-2 Mousse
Rear:
X-GRIP KING KONG STICKY or MEDIUM 140/80-18 with EH-2 Mousse
The Hard Adventure setup provides stability, durability and the necessary support for long race days and the mixed terrain of the Adventure classes.
The final setup depends on the class, motorcycle, pace, weather and personal preference. The X-GRIP team will therefore be available in the paddock to provide individual advice on tyres, mousse and setup.
MITCH AND ASH BRIGHTMORE TO COMPETE IN THE GOLD CLASS
X-GRIP will also be strongly represented on the sporting side at the 2026 Red Bull Romaniacs. Mitch Brightmore and Ashton “Ash” Brightmore will compete for the X-GRIP Racing Team in the Gold Class.
Mitch Brightmore already proved in 2025 that the unique terrain around Sibiu suits him well when he won the Red Bull Romaniacs In-City Prologue. Following his recent victory at the US round of the FIM Hard Enduro World Championship, he travels to Romania with plenty of confidence and is among the riders expected to challenge for a top result in the Gold Class.
Ash Brightmore adds another internationally experienced Hard Enduro rider to the X-GRIP Racing Team. The two brothers are aiming to fight at the front once again at one of the toughest events of the year.
DIETER RUDOLPH TO COMPETE ON THE KTM 890 ADVENTURE R
Dieter “Didi” Rudolph is taking on a very different challenge. He will compete in the Adventure Ultimate Class aboard a KTM 890 Adventure R.
While Mitch and Ash will race conventional Hard Enduro motorcycles in the Gold Class, Didi faces the event on a considerably larger and heavier Adventure bike. This creates a very different technical challenge and should also produce some spectacular moments in the Romanian Carpathians.
RACE BIKES AND RIDERS AT THE X-GRIP RACING TRUCK
During the Red Bull Romaniacs, the X-GRIP Racing Truck will be more than just the place to go for tyres, mousse, parts and setup advice. The X-GRIP Racing Team motorcycles will also be on display there and will be prepared and serviced between race days.
If the race schedule allows, Mitch, Ash and Didi will also be at the truck. Fans may therefore have the opportunity for a quick chat, a photo or an autograph.
No guarantees, though. At Romaniacs, the motorcycles usually decide how much free time is left at the end of the day.
