Guillem Farres Wins First MX2 Moto and Takes Over the Championship Lead

Guillem Farres claimed victory in the opening MX2 moto at Foxhill. The Spaniard took over the lead on the opening lap and never looked back, controlling the race all the way to the checkered flag.

Simon Längenfelder finished second, ahead of Liam Everts in third. Camden McLellan crossed the line in fourth, with Janis Reisulis completing the top five.

Jens Walvoort was the highest-placed Dutch rider, finishing in an impressive ninth place. Gyan Doensen crashed during the race and finished 23rd, outside the points, while Kay Karssemakers retired due to mechanical problems.

Sacha Coenen was running inside the top five until he crashed and became trapped underneath his bike. The Belgian recovered well to fight his way back to 10th place, but lost the championship lead to Farres as a result. Fellow Belgian Douwe Van Mechgelen also scored points with an 18th-place finish.
