Mathis Valin set the fastest time during the superpole session at the international race in Sommières, France.
Kay de Wolf held the fastest lap for a long time, but Valin went out last and delivered an exceptionally quick lap. Valin was 1.4 seconds faster than De Wolf and 2.3 seconds quicker than third-placed Julius Mikula. Pauls Jonass and Lucas Coenen set the fourth and fifth fastest times respectively.
