Andrea Adamo Wins Second MX2 Moto, Simon Langenfelder Takes Czech Grand Prix Victory

Andrea Adamo claimed victory in the second MX2 moto in Loket. After Mathys Valin grabbed the holeshot, the Italian rider took over the lead after a few laps and never looked back. Behind Adamo, championship leader Simon Langenfelder finished second, with Mathys Valin rounding out the top three.

Kay de Wolf crossed the line in fourth place, Jens Walvoort finished 12th, Kay Karssemakers 14th, Scott Smulders just missed out on points in 21st, and unfortunately Cas Valk had to retire early in the race.

With his second-place finish, Simon Langenfelder secured the overall Grand Prix win (1-2). Andrea Adamo joined him on the podium in second overall, and Mathys Valin completed the top three. Kay de Wolf was the highest-placed Dutch rider, finishing fifth overall.

In the MX2 World Championship standings, Simon Langenfelder now holds a 47-point lead over Andrea Adamo, and a 59-point advantage over third-placed Kay de Wolf.
