Cameron McAdoo of the Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki team provided an update after his nasty get off in the main event of the East Coast Lites Supercross race in Detroit.
“Tough night for me here in Detroit. Unfortunately, I had a crash in the whoops with a couple of laps to go and banged up my face pretty good, ending up with a cut. Other than that, I think I’m okay. We’ll take the next couple of days to assess everything and make a plan moving forward. I really appreciate everyone’s support, and next time I come to Detroit, I’ll be looking for redemption.”`
Here’s what happened to McAdoo late in the 250 main that caused the red flag.
There will be a staggered restart as time was still remaining on the race clock. #SMX #SupercrossLIVE pic.twitter.com/2OAfWLRXv9
