Janis Martins Reisulis of the VRT Yamaha team is out for the rest of the EMX250 Championship. Reisulis picked up a knee injury after the EMX250 race in Spain and after several examinations it turned out that he tore his anterior cruciate ligament.
Reisulis had surgery on his knee in Lyon last week and a long rehabilitation awaits him. Reisulis won’t be back on the bike before October anyway, so he will miss the rest of the EMX250 Championship!
