Mathis Valin has won the opening moto of the EMX250 Championship in France. Due to the rain the track became really muddy. Valin was riding consistent and won in front of Maxime Grau, and Saad Soulimani. Luca Ruffini, and Mads Fredsoe were rounding out the top five.
Cas Valk came from far back and finished in seventh place. The same story was for Ivano van Erp, who came back to the fifteenth position. As Valerio Lata didn’t score points due to a crash at the start, Valin is now the new leader in the championship!
