The west-coast swing of 2020 Monster Energy Supercross is almost complete! Riders and teams will hit Petco Park in San Diego, California, for round six on Saturday. What about the people who are not going to be present in SD though? Is it possible to watch the race live no matter where one is in the world? The answer is a big yes! All of the details that a fan needs can be found below.
The sixth round of 2020 Monster Energy Supercross is back in Southern California and following a regular schedule, so the time difference is eight hours again and an all-nighter is in order for all European fans. Not great news, huh? That means that the evening programme is going to kick off at 03:00 on Sunday morning in the United Kingdom and 04:00 in mainland Europe. The ‘Race Day Live’ programme that covers timed qualifying will begin at 21:00 in the UK and 22:00 in mainland Europe. It is not terrible timing. Just get some sleep and set an early alarm. Simple!
How can one watch all of that action? Unfortunately, payment is required on HERE but the service is flawless. For the price one can get all of timed qualifying, the races, archive footage, bonus videos and more. It is a pretty sweet deal and worth it for the hardcore fans. Watching it live is not a requirement either – wake up the next morning and the footage will be ready to watch. It is all lined up perfectly for Monster Energy Supercross fans! If there are any questions about any of the above, contact us on social media (motocrossvice on Twitter).
There is good news for American viewers, as the NBC Sports Network will carry live coverage once again. That will begin at 22:00 EST/19:00 PST. The whole programme will also be available on the NBC Sports Gold app (HERE) at a price. The fact that a lot of you would have used that in the past means that it needs no explanation. It’s effectively the same as the ‘Supercross Video Pass’ that international viewers can access, just for those actually inside of the USA. Simple! The ‘Race Day Live’ programme is only available on NBC Sports Gold for those in the USA.
