The 2020 Monster Energy Supercross series will conclude inside of Rice Eccles Stadium, in Utah, on Sunday afternoon. There are still three titles on the line, so there is a lot to watch out for. Some are in better spots than others though. Who is the most likely to give up a title to one of the guys who is currently giving chase? It would take a disaster for Eli Tomac to hand over the premier-class title – even finishing nineteenth would be enough for him to take a number-one plate.
The 250SX classes are not quite as straightforward though. Chase Sexton leads by six points over Shane McElrath, so finishing on the podium is necessary to stop McElrath from even having a shot. It seems as though Sexton has a speed advantage currently, which is helpful. Dylan Ferrandis is seven points up in 250SX West, but has been beaten by Austin Forkner at the last two rounds. Perhaps he is the one who has the most to worry about? Starts are a concern for the Frenchman as well.
