At the height of a passionate season, Tim Gajser won the MXGP title with two rounds in advance riding the Honda HRC equipped with the multi-titled Vertex GP Racer’s Choice piston.
A well-deserved recognition for the Honda officer who has reached the five world titles, and for Vertex Pistons who contributed to the success of the extraordinary Slovenian by providing him with an extremely reliable and performing product developed over the years with the contribution of the champions of motocross but also of the enduro and Supermoto.

Gajser’s title was also accompanied by other extraordinary results such as Jeremy Seewer’s MXGP vice-champion title, Jago Geerts’ MX2 vice-champion title, and Nancy Van de Ven’s WMX world title, in addition to the successes reported by Maxime Renaux, Glenn Coldenhoff, Mitch Evans, Thibault Benistant, all finished in the top ten of their respective classes, in addition to those of the Kawasaki factory rider Romain Febvre.
