Information

– The MX Vice team are already at Lommel for the Grand Prix of Belgium and will be covering the event in the bottomless sand from now on. There will be reports, analysis, opinions, interviews, images, podcasts, videos and much more across the various different channels. Follow motocrossvice on Twitter and mxvice on Instagram for more from round fifteen of the FIM Motocross World Championship. MX Vice will be your hub from this point on.

– Those of us in Belgium are an hour ahead of the United Kingdom at this point. Fans in Southern California are nine hours behind, which is fairly normal, and then Australian residents in Sydney are eight hours ahead. Please adjust the timetable above accordingly, as it is based on the local time.

– Seeing as the MX Vice team are at the track and have a better look at the action than what you will get on your television, there will be live updates on this website all-weekend long. Connection should not be too much of a problem so, with that in mind, load up this page now and prepare to visit it frequently across the weekend.

– There is a way to feel closer to the action and also stay sat on your couch. It is amazing! Fantasy MX Manager is based around the FIM Motocross World Championship for the second year in succession and offers fans the chance to win some incredible prizes. 24MX have put up thousands of pounds in voucher and is it even free to enter. It is possible to enter for the first time this weekend and immediately win a prize.

– The Grand Prix of Belgium is notoriously tough, due to the power-sapping sand, but there will be an additional factor at play this weekend. It is currently very hot in Belgium and temperatures will hover around thirty-three degrees across the weekend. Expect some to struggle to go the full distance in such brutal conditions.

Published

Once again, our resident stats guru, Paul Pearcy, provides a breakdown of the MX2 class going into Intu Xanadu. Famed more for its access to a shopping mall and McDonald’s than actual passing, the MX2 contenders will be looking to make their mark. Last year, Simon Laengenfelder reigned supreme and was unstoppable on Sunday, with no rider able to match his pace. If you were a betting man, who would be your winner?
