Sixty-Two Motorsport, a squad managed by former premier-class rider Klemen Gercar, has named their two guys for the 2021 FIM Motocross World Championship. The Husqvarna outfit will compete in EMX125 and EMX250.
The Sixty-Two Motorsport Husqvarna team has officially confirms the rider line-up for the 2021 season! We will keep focusing on young talented riders, for the third year in a row, with Jaka Peklaj (EMX125) and Filip Olsson (EMX250).
It’s going to be Jaka Peklaj’s first year in EMX125 and he’s already preparing like a beast. We are thrilled to work with a rider as talented as he is. He may not reach the ground with his feet but we can assure you that he’s going to reach the points. After a crash in Latvia, surgery and rehabilitation, nothing can stop Filip Olsson from going on the bike again. His desire and passion is everything! We are honored to stand by his side in the 2021 season.
Klemen Gercar (Team Owner): “I’m proud to re-sign Jaka and Filip again in the next season. I was always searching for young riders with an attitude to work hard and have a desire for winning championships. I know they both have it, by winning different championships in the past, and we will support them to achieve our common goals. A huge thanks to our sponsors who support our goals and are looking forward to future collaborations.”
