Shane McElrath reminded everyone of why he should be considered a title favourite at the opener on Saturday night, as he took the early lead in the main event and then maintained a comfortable advantage for the duration. Aaron Plessinger and Adam Cianciarulo duked it out for second, but were never close enough to apply too much pressure to the eventual winner.
