It was a good day’s racing at the Maxxis British Championship yesterday. The weather was ideal (apart from a few light showers – but that was probably good to keep the dust down a bit!). Monster Energy/ Bike it/ Dixon Yamaha rider Mel Pocock took the overall in the MX2 and regained the series leader red plate. In MX1 it was business as usual for HM Plant KTM UK rider Kevin Strijbos as he stretched out his lead.
