PHOENIX TOOLS PREMIER MOTOCROSS PREVIEW RD 4

This Sunday round 4 of the Phoenix Tools Premier Motocross Championship resumes at Little Silver Moto Parc, Exeter. This was a last minute change of venue due to certain reasons and has attracted a fair entry in all classes. In the Expert Championship it is Luke Hill on the 450f HPR/DirtbikeXpress Honda who currently leads the standings from Jamie Skuse on the 250f MX-Zone Honda by just 17 points with Luke Mellows there in 3rd. Other riders include the Phoenix Tools pairing of Jackson Evans and Maarten Cremers, Wayne Shimell, Jordan Carter, Joe Dark, Darren Shears, Sam Chapman, Kelvin Townsend, young Bill Farleigh who has been in top form lately, Tom Harvey plus also joining in the frame are wildcard entries Luke Hawkins and a former British Championship rider Alex Rach who will be on a DirtbikeXpress KTM, but missing will be defending Champion John May who is out waiting for a operation after damaging his ACL and MCL knee ligaments at the last round. In the Tyremarks Junior Championship its Ryan Blee who will be hoping to extend his Championship lead over Jake Owen who trails by 55 points with Arron Austin just 9 points adrift in 3rd, but as with other rounds there is plenty of other talent on hand who could well throw a spanner in the works. In the M d Racing Over 35 Championship its Jason Fraser who has a slender 14 points lead over Mark Wilde with Jon Lock just 17 points further back in 3rd. Other riders will include the likes of Rob Lewis and Keith Hanson who are separated by just 2 points in 4th and 5th plus Mark Roberts, Tony Bayliss and many more.
