It was certainly a busy weekend for the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing outfit. It was first announced that Dean Wilson would return to the team on a full-time basis in 2020 and now, twenty-four hours later, it has been announced that Michael Mosiman has signed a two-year extension. Bobby Hewitt confirmed the latter via the following statement.
“I’m excited about having @MichaelMosiman36 staying on the @RockstarHusky team for another two years! I’ve know Mosiman and his family for many years. I can remember Michael coming to the race rig when he was just tall enough to see over the skirts asking if he could come in and see inside the race rig. Now, years later, he has his own section of the race rig to hang out!”
Michael Mosiman currently runs eighth in the 250MX championship standings, despite the fact that he missed round six after a practice crash, with a season-best moto finish of third. Mosiman has acquired that on two occasions. Sixth was the ranking that he secured in the 250SX West series earlier this year.
