Following another unfortunate run of injuries, the JGR Yoshimura Suzuki Factory Racing squad was in need of a fill-in rider for the 2019 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross series. Kyle Chisholm was drafted in first and now, following an impressive showing at the WW Ranch, Fredrik Noren has joined the team for the remainder of the current term. The news was confirmed via social media.
“@FreddieNoren will be racing the @ProMotocross series on a JGRMX @Yoshimura_RD @SuzukiCycles RM-Z450, beginning this weekend at Southwick. He will race the rest of the series for the team. Please welcome Fast Freddie by commenting below!”
Fredrik Noren started the season on a privateer Honda and achieved a season-best result of eighth in moto two at WW. Eleventh is the position that he currently occupies in the premier-class championship standings.
