Fastlane MCC Ireland/ CCM Racing Club are delighted to announce that we will be holding a two-day offroad biking event in aid of the Wings For Life charity on 9 th and 10 th August .The event takes place in Doon Motoparc, a 200 acre facility near Athlone, Ireland. Saturday begins with a three hour team Hare & Hound race, followed on Saturday evening by the enduro pros, who will compete in our legendary extreme enduro race for €500. Entertainment on Saturday evening will be provided by FMX Ireland. As well as live music under the marquee later in the evening.
An open motocross race will take place on Sunday, with categories for all types of bike and rider.
On Sunday evening there will be an invitational supercross sponsored by Honda, with top level past and present riders competing for the grand prize. This is not only an event for racers, with many other attractions for all the family alongside the racing, including live music on Saturday in the marquee, rodeo bull and activities.
This is a charity event so any support by riders or industry is welcome.
