It happens to us all in the end. There comes a time to slow it down and think about the real important things in life, most notably family. After spending most of his life racing motocross Carl Nunn made the decision to retire a couple of years ago to spend more time with his young family, but he hasn’t left MX. He’s busy doing his training schools and with Lyng as his hometown British championship track he was invited to race this year’s Maxxis British championship. Nunny took the Norwich Viking club up on their offer and although he felt spent at the end, he loved it! So much so, he’d love to roll out every year while the club host a British championship, but rather us tell you all about it here’s Carl’s take on his weekend at Lyng.

Many riders retire from the sport and very quickly forgotten. Nunny however is one that is missed & NOT forgotten. Might just be me because of memories from him on the CAT Honda or the Boost TBC Yam.
